The ASD FAAST LT uses high sensitivity laser and ultrasonic flow sensors to monitor airflow. This technology allows an early and reliable smoke detection. The detector provides alarm and fault relays with auxiliary events relay as an option. These can be set as latched or non-latched. To accommodate local installation standards or environments, flow and general fault delay can also be set. The system is designed for efficient wiring and installation via cable gland holes and easy access to the wiring area. Also the easy access to filters and sensors makes the routine maintenance easier.
